NYFW: Kate Spade Fall/Winter 2013

There are no words to express how in love I am with the Kate Spade Fall/Winter 2013 collection. The bright pinks and leopards and metallics-- I just can't get enough! I love how fun patterns and more sophisticated textures are all mixed together, yet as a whole, the collection is still cohesive. While black and white pieces seem to be a staple in the Fall/Winter 2013 shows, I love how Kate Spade adds pops of color like no other designer that I have seen has done thus far. Many designers are incorporating purples and reds, but Kate Spade takes the cake with hot pinks. While runway shows are fabulous, I was very pleased to see the Kate Spade show as a presentation. A presentation really allows the viewer to see all of the details in each piece. Plus, there was an old school taxi in the showroom! Amazing! I am obsessed with everything from this collection, but my favorite outfit is the donut sweater paired with black and white polka dot pants. Give me now, please! The bright yellow taxi clutch is definitely on my wishlist as well.
