NYFW Favorites

J.Crew is always a top favorite, but this year picking out just a few looks was nearly impossible. The color blocking in look one is lovely. And that bow on the skirt?! Love. I would like the second look in my closet tomorrow, please. I am so happy to see a lot of feather skirts on the runway. Having one in my closet is a must!

This season's ODLR show was bittersweet. I was very excited to see what Peter Copping had up his sleeve, but not seeing Oscar's dashing smile at the close of the show was sad. With that said, Copping has carried on Oscar's vision beautifully.

Lela Rose is a new favorite this season. All of the looks were more beautiful than the last. I love the drop waist on the first look. Every time I see flowers on the runway, I think of the line from The Devil Wears Prada. "Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking." The truth is I love florals, so keep them coming! The second look is possibly my favorite floral design I have seen walk the runway this season.

Delpozo is another new favorite. The gown in look two is a dream. The light blue and grey with green floral appliques is so unexpected and gorgeous. I also love the blue applique in the third look adorned on what looks like a sheer cape.

Marchesa, Marchesa, Marchesa. The two female designers behind this line are amazing. I do not know how they keep creating such stunning pieces each year. This year the collection is very 20s inspired. The movement and silhouettes and so flattering and fun!
