Bedroom Decor

I am very picky about certain things. Bedding being near the top of the list. For the longest time, I have had a simple white comforter. There was a short period of time where a grey duvet cover was involved, but they are evil. The comforter was always clumped up and my bed never looked made even when it was. Needless to say, the duvet did not last long. 

Over the weekend, I laid eyes on a beautiful quilt pictured on the front of the Target weekly ad. I was smitten. I thought about it for a few days, and on Monday I bit the bullet. My new comforter is arriving today! Well done, Target. 

I was immediately drawn to the grey and white and the soft peach and pink flowers worked so well together. I said it once, I'll say it again, I am a floral girl. I love that the over-sized flowers that don't make the piece seem overly girly. The furniture in my room is white and I am looking forward to having pops of color to play with for wall decor. I already have a homemade piece that will match this quilt perfectly. I can't wait to go home and put my new quilt on my bed! You know you are #adulting, when you count down the minutes until a quilt arrives. But hey, I am okay with that.
