French-Inspired Fashions

I have been very inspired by French fashion lately. I am drawn to the simplicity of the outfits.  The solid color blocking, berets, stripes and lots of scarves is what I love most. I have been on the hunt for simple, solid sweaters. With today's trends, it has actually been a challenge to find a plain sweater. Beret’s have been on my radar as well. I recently added an adorable velvet beret from Forever 21 to my wardrobe, and I plan to wear it with everything! There are some items that I already own to put together a French-inspired ensemble. I have a beautiful camel coat I purchased from H&M a few years ago. It is one of my favorite coats. I am excited to start wearing it again when the  cooler temps arrive. I also own black loafers and dozens of colorful scarves to adorn my neck and handbags. I find a majority of the scarves at used clothing clothes. I have found some true gems for just a few dollars. My next purchase will be a great pair of black denim. An all back look with my camel coat would be très chic. On the beauty side of French fashion, I have been buying every red lipstick I lay my eyes on. My newest lippie is MAC Russian Red. It is such a gorgeous bright red. I will be wearing that all through the holiday season.
