Monthly Favorites: November 2024

November filled up my cup. The month began with beautiful, sunny days. I took my e-bike for a spin around Presque Isle. The peninsula was practically empty so B and I had the place to ourselves.

MJ came to visit for a long weekend. We ate delicious food at Bar Ronin, checked out Erie's newest coffee shop - LegendERIE, showed her around Werner Books, and thrifted ceramic houses for my Christmas village. We spent one evening setting up the Christmas village and it is my absolute favorite thing in my house right now.

Midway through November, Danielle and I spent the afternoon in Hamburg bopping from shop to shop. We got a lot of holiday shopping done that day! It was so nice grabbing lunch and coffee, catching up and exploring some of Danielle's favorite local stores.

Emily and her sweet, funny, silly little boy came to Erie on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We stopped for coffee at the Bakery on 5th and then spent the afternoon at the expERIEnce Children's Museum. Hunter loved the water table with toy boats and legos. He was soaked after a few hours, but he was very happy!

The month ended with a small and cozy Thanksgiving at home. On Black Friday, we woke up to a winter wonderland. With 29 inches of snow and counting, Erie is already breaking snow fall records!
