My Halloween Costume

I don't have any big Halloween plans. In truth, I have never been a big Halloween participant once I was no longer a trick or treater. I think I like the candy more than the actual holiday. This year, one of my friends is throwing a low key party. I wanted to dress up as something simple and comfortable. If you haven't noticed, that seems to be my MO.  I have a leopard skirt I bought from Joe Fresh last fall that inspired my costume. I am all about using pieces already in my wardrobe. The only purchase I have made so far are these adorable cat ears. I also plan to pick up a dark red/purple lipstain. I was originally thinking red lips, but wanted to try something different. It is Halloween after all. I'm thinking Parisian Passion by Revlon. As simple (and basic) as my costume may be, I am excited to get dressed up. My TopShop pointy flats will add a fun flair without killing my feet at the end of the night, and I might even buy an off-the-shoulder top from H&M to spice up the outfit a bit.
