Hooked on the Look: All Buttoned Up

In case you haven't noticed, buttons have been a hot topic lately. From denim to dresses, buttons are making a statement. I particularly love the button front dresses that are popping up everywhere! I first spotted and tested this style at the Zara that just opened up at the Galleria Mall. This dress was the perfect blue in a light linen material. I did not buy it at the time, but it has been on my mind ever since so I think a trip to Zara is in my future.

The great thing about these dresses is that they are definitely summer ready, but could easily transition into fall with a denim jacket or a shirt thrown on underneath (see the denim look above). Add a pair of tights and you have an adorable winter outfit.

I love a good short summer dress, but all three of these midi dresses are killing it. I NEED the blue and white striped one. And it has pockets! How have I not bought this yet? Paired with tan flats or heels, this dress is perfect for any occasion from date night to grad party.
