The Statement Piece I Need for New Years
Let's bling in the New Year! Yep, I just did that! When it comes to dressing for New Year festivities, I always want to incorporate some sparkle. One year, I wore an adorable gold sequin skirt with a black satin top. It was the perfect outfit without going over the top. This year I just want to switch the sparkle around a bit.
I've had my eye on a few sequin blazers for months. I toyed around with the idea of buying a fun multi-colored one, but I think I am going to go with classic black. This one is on sale! I would pair this statement piece with black jeans and a black cami. Maybe even a black tee to really keep it casual with a pop of fun.
I'm not one to purchase a piece that I plan on wearing once. I can definitely see myself wearing this blazer for a fun night out with the girls, for a birthday party, or a concert. I am pretty excited to add this piece to my wardrobe and play around with styling.
