Met Gala 2022: 10 Favorite Looks

The first Monday is may has come and gone, but the epic red carpet looks are still dancing around in my brain. The theme for this year's Met Gala was Gilded Glamour. The looks feature a lot of corsets, opera gloves, and, of course, gold. There were so many incredible outfits. Without further ado, I give you my top ten.

Billie Eilish in Gucci. She understood the assignment. I also love how she posed for the photos. She really sold it. 

Simone Ashley in Moschino. This woman can do no wrong. I have been following Simone since season 2 of Bridgerton aired. She always looks incredible. 

Lizzo in Thom Browne. I think Lizzo looks incredible! I love the black corset dress with an embroidered gold overcoat. This look reminded me of a duchess getting ready for bed. It was glamorous and had a casual vibe going on. 

Emma Chamberlain in Louis Vuitton. This look was simple, but I love the modern take on the top mixed with the ruffles and puffy sleeves. I can see someone wearing this top out on the town.

Sydney Sweeney in Tory Burch. It wasn't until I was looking for photos that I realized, Sydney had an outfit change on the red carpet. This look is giving Kristen Dunst in Marie Antionette vibes.

Hailey Bieber in Saint Laurent. Hollywood glamour at its finest. Hailey is another red carpet favorite. She always looks great! Plus, I am a sucker for feathers. 

Nicola Coughlan in Richard Quinn. Speaking of feathers... Nicola looks fabulous! I am not normally a fan of pink and black together, but something about this works.

Madelaine Petsch in Moschino. I love the color and pattern of this dress. The drama of the puffy sleeves and opera gloves. I swoon.

Shawn Mendes in Tommy Hilfiger. I love a good jacket. I read that everyone thought Shawn looked like Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid. I can see that, but I think he could also be another Bridgerton brother. He is looking so suave.

Blake Lively in Versace. Blake easily had the best look of the night. The transformation was magical and gave me serious Princess Aurora vibes from Sleeping Beauty. She wins the Met.
