Happy Spring!

It's the first day of spring! The sun is shining today and that makes me very happy! With spring, come spring cleaning. It's the perfect time to declutter and get organized.

That is exactly what I did over the weekend. Our dining room table became the dumping ground for just about everything. The mail, packages, my purse.. you name it. I cleared the cluttered, moved some bigger plants out of the room, and organized the bar cart. Add a bouquet of gorgeous tulips and done!

Now the dining room looks and feels much better. In just 30 minutes I was able to declutter, freshen up, and fall in love with that room again. It's wild the effect clutter can have in small spaces. I am looking forward to decluttering the rest of the house. Up next is the guest room!
