April Favorites

I am always most excited to read and write monthly favorite posts.  I love finding out what other people have loved using, and I like to reflect back on products that have really made an impact in my beauty routine. This month is no different with these five products I swear by.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Eye Shadow Palette - I purchased this amazing palette a few months ago. It has all the colors I like to wear regularly, from soft beige to deep browns. I also love the pinks and purples, which I have started to incorporate into more of my looks. Every time I do my eye makeup with this palette I receive compliments. Bonus, this palette smells of fresh peaches.

Flint Lint Roller - I heard about this product from one of my go-to bloggers and I immediately jumped on the site to purchase two. One I keep in my purse and other one stays at home. They have been great for on the go and fit in even my most compact of bags.

Neutrogena Skin Clearing Foundation - I bought this when I was in a pinch and really wasn't willing to shell out the usual bucks for my Laura Mercier foundation. I really have come to like this foundation. It does not clog my pores, which is always the biggest issues with foundation. I know it says "skin clearing," but you never know. I cannot say whether my skin has improved using this, but it has not gotten worse. The only bad thing is that if I use a little too much, it can create a cakey look. Not ideal. I just need to work on a gentle hand when applying.

Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream - I received this product in my Sephora Play Box a few months ago and I have kept it close ever since. My skin gets very dry in the winter and I found most moisturizers I tried were just too heavy and ended up doing more damage than good (read: clogged pores). This formula is so light and has barely any scent. I put just the smallest amount and my face instantly feels incredibly hydrated.

Biore Pore Strips - I am sure this product is not new to anyone, but I have made these a staple in my beauty arsenal. I use it one once every week or so and it's a little too strange how stratifying it is. You can clearly see a pore theme here.
