Made with Love: Valentine's Day Cards

Ever since I was young, I've loved crafting. Making cards was my specialty. Whether it was for a birthday, Mother's Day, or just because, I always had paper, markers, and stickers ready to make a card at a moments notice. As I've grown older this has not changed, although I hate to admit my card supplies are not as stocked as the used to be. I have turned to Canva these days to create thank you cards and Christmas cards. I even used the graphic design platform to create my save the dates and wedding invites.

For Valentine's Day, I wanted to get back to my roots and create some cute cards with craft paper and a pair of scissors. I suppose I wanted to use my hands instead of a computer.

I am by no means an expert or professional, I just like be creative and see where it takes me. Here are a few designs I came up with. I was very inspired by the creative journaling videos I have been seeing lately. The Juliet Journal is one of my favorite accounts.

Sometimes I find it so interesting that even at 32, I still love to do the things I did at 12.  I have always love crafting and I think I always will. Anytime I craft, it just soothes my little soul. It's quite therapeutic. I had so much fan making these cards. I am inspired to start my own crafting journal so I can creative with my hands a bit more regularly.
