January 2021 Favorites

 

January was a very cozy month. I indulged myself with some new skincare items, makeup, and even splurged a little. Here is everything I loved in January.

Aerie Offline Real Me High Waisted Crossover Legging - The hype is real with these leggings. I first heard about them from TikTok and didn't think much of it. Then my friend bought a pair and I was sold after she raved about them. They are so soft and comfy. While they are a bit thin for wearing outside during the dead of winter, they are perfect for lounging around in the house. 

Laneige Hydration-To-Go Kit - I bought this kit during the Sephora sale. I have used Laneige before and was most familiar with the Water Bank Moisture Cream. I am so glad I gave this line another try. I apply these products each night. Its a such a small act, but it feels so luxurious. I wake up with hydrated, glowing skin. Highly recommend, especially if you get dry skin in the winter.

Farmacy All-Natural Deodorant - I have been trying to find the perfect aluminum free deodorant for some time now. I was using Native, but it just wasn't cutting it. I did some more research and discovered Farmacy. I picked this up during the Sephora sale as well and have been using it ever since. The smell is light and refreshing, and it glides on so smooth, unlike Native. 

Dyson Airwrap - I definitely treated myself this year for Christmas. I heard so many awesome things about this product and I finally pulled the trigger. I use this multiple times a week. The blow dryer attachment and the brush attachment are my favorites so far. I will say the curling technique does take some practice, but the few times I have tried it, the curls come out so bouncy and shiny.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara - This product was another TikTok recommendation. I am a sucker for mascara. I currently use ILIA and love it, but I had to see for myself if the Sky High mascara was all that. It is pretty amazing! My lashes have never been so long with any mascara! I also love how the formula does not clump. My only issue is that I accidently bought the waterproof version and it is so hard to take off. 

Chapstick Classic Lip Balm in Cherry - I have tried many lip balms in my life, but nothing works as well as the Chapstick brand. Some things are just tried and true.
