Monthly Favorites: April 2023

Dreary Erie upholds it's name especially during the month of April, but I made the most of it.

I ventured out to Edinboro with some friends and explored an antique shop that have been on my bucket list for over a year! Yaas Mercantile was overflowing with beautiful vintage and locally made items. I walked around the store at least twice and was finding new items to admire. We also stopped at some shops on the main streets: Erie Street and Meadville Street. My favorite shops were Earthshine and The Cottage Rose. I also loved the Edinboro Market, which carries more than 75 hyper local products from honey to handmade cutting boards and bakery items.

I found myself  curled up with a book most of the month. I read three books! My reading rut seems to have come to an end. Some rainy mornings were spent reading in coffee shops. My favorites of the moment are Purrista and Ember+Forge.

When it wasn't raining (very rare), Perry and I went for a walk around Dobbins Landing. 

I added some new plants to my collection. I missed Potratz and stopped in to pick up one plant and walked out with three. Oops.
