May Favorites
I can't believe it's June 5th already! Yesterday, to kick off the 1st of June, my two friends and I were planning on going to the beach, but it was so windy that we opted for lunch at our favorite Summer spot instead-Taffy's! They have the best milkshakes ever! You can choose from over 100 flavors! Taffy's also has the best hotdogs, hamburgers, french fries, and every other delicious, fattening, and greasy Summer food you can think of!
Seeing that May is over, monthly favorite posts are popping up everywhere. They are one of my favorite blogs/videos to read and watch, so I decided I would start to post my own monthly favorites.
So, without further ado, my May Favorites...

{Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now Sheer Sexy Mist, $25}
I love this scent! I discovered the Very Sexy Now back in December, and I loved it but I didn't end up buying it. Then for my birthday, someone gave me a VS gift card and I knew exactly how I would be spending it. It has a very fruity and flowery smell. Perfect for summer. I loved it so much I even bought a mini bottle to have in my purse. (I tried to get creative with the pictures this time, clearly, I need to work on looking at the camera and not myself.)
{Urban Decay Primer Potion, $18}
I have had this Primer Potion for a while now, and when I first got it I was using it all the time, and then for some reason, I just stopped and it made its way further to the bottom of my makeup bin. I found it a few weeks ago when I was organizing, and I have been using almost every day. I love this product and will definitely be purchasing another one when I run out. It not only holds eyeshadow for an entire day, but it also enhances the color and makes any eyeshadow so much more pigmented.

{Bath & Body Works Princess in Training lip gloss, $8}
I love the color of this gloss. It's a beautiful, sparkly coral color. I gives my lips a tint of color and lots of shine. Plus, the name is adorable. It smells like sherbet and tastes like it too!

{Books}
I have been reading a lot lately and I love it. I used to read all the time, but when school starts back up I never have time to read leisurely. This Summer I want to read as much as possible. So far I have finished two books, Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen and Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin. I loved both of the books! Water For Elephants was incredible, and Something Borrowed was a real page-turner. I couldn't put either one down and looked forward to reading them at the end of the day. I have already started on my third book and so far I really like it.

{Mary Kay TimeWise Night Solution, $30}
I have also had this product for some time but recently started using again. I apply two squirts to my face each night before I go to bed. I leave it on my nightstand so I remember. I love how my skin looks in the morning when I wake up. My pores are small and my skin looks refreshed and bright. It is full of vitamins and antioxidants. I love this product! I know the price is rather steep, but I definitely recommend using any type of night serum to help your skin rejuvenate while you sleep.

A majority of the movie was similar to the book, but towards the end there were some differences. Without giving too much away, I liked the book better. But I definitely recommend the movie. I love seeing a book some to life through a movie. And thank you for the compliment! :)
