OOTD: Nautical Knots

I found this amazing navy top at Target, and I immediately had an outfit put together in my head. I wore this look recently when my friend and I went on a little shopping excursion. (An H&M just opened at a mall near me, and we just had to go check it out! So be on the lookout for a shopping haul!) I love this outfit because it incorporates the Nautical look without being over the top. I am in love with the skirt because the material is so light and soft. I think what made this outfit all come together is my boat shoes. They are so comfortable and I love the colors!
