Ulta Haul
I have been wanting to pick up some new neutral eye shadows because my favorite palette by Tropez in Bali Blue filled with beautiful gold and champagne colors has been used up completely. When I went to Ulta a few days ago, I discovered everything from the Ulta line was on sale. I took full advantage of the awesome discounts and picked up some great single shadows and of course, some more nail polish!

I saw the glitter polish and I was so happy! I have been looking for a multicolored glitter nail polish similar to Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday for a long time. I finally found it, and it was a sliver of the price of Lippman's. Each nail polish was only $2! The bright yellow polish is so fun and I can't wait to try it out along with the gorgeous poppy color!

I love golds and browns and champagne colors for my lid. These colors are perfect and are very pigmented. I have worn the shadows with and without eye primer and either way the colors show up beautifully. I love the Silk and Gold Leaf shadow. They are great a great combination! If you have never tried out the Ulta shadows I definitely recommend it.

ReplyDeleteI've always wondered about the Ulta brand! I haven't tried much from their stuff at all because for whatever reason I thought the products would be kind of cheap and the shadows would be flaky and the pigmentation wouldn't be good. I'm not sure what my reasoning is behind this, haha. But I may give them a try now that I've read a review on them!
