Holiday Dressing

Thanksgiving is a little over two weeks away and holiday parties just a few days behind. Our family is very big on Thanksgiving, so planning an outfit is not as ridiculous as it may seem. The more formal outfits above would also work for those upcoming holiday parties. For the most part, we are pretty casual. I mean we are stuffing ourselves with turkey, no one wants to wear anything too formfitting. For dressier options, I love an over the knee boot with a fun skirt. A fit and flare dress in a festive pattern with gold accent jewelry is perfect for a dressier occasion.

For more casual options, a chunky knit sweater is a no-brainer. I have also been loving knit cardigans. At my aunt's cottage, it can get toasty with the fireplace roaring. A piece I can take on and off is a must.
